Saṃsāra

…And I,
Have seen it all before
And I,
Shall see this once again
And you,
Have seen this all before
And you,
Shall see it once again

The suffering
That never ends
Can’t calm the storm
With fair-weather friends
All seems in flux
Yet everything stays the same

I gave into it
With all my heart
The entropy
Makes it fall apart
It’s a losing effort
For everyone who plays the game

And I,
Have seen this all before
And I,
Shall see it once again
And you,
Have seen it all before
And you,
Shall see this once again…

(I don’t remember exactly when I first wrote this poem. I’m gonna guess 2016-ish. I always kinda meant to write another verse, but alas.)
